How to contact facebook

Facebook asked me to verify my account by sending Them a Pic of myself and now logged me off every time I try to log back on I get that face book is reviewing my Pic that I sent them almost a week ago.
Pls help if u know what to do or how to contact. I tried through the help desk but I'm not getting any responds
