How to convert TTG files for DVD

Do I have to buy Sonic software? the files are saved as .TIVO, and
they seem to be password-protected. is there a how-to somewhere on the
web explaining how to rename them and convert them? I have Pinnacle
Studio software. Any chance that would work?

Take a look at http/www.evillabs.net/tivo/ for one method. Also
search back threads in this group for help, because the description on
that site has a few holes (though if you play around enough you can
figure it out). If you try it and have any specific questions, post here.
