How to copy all User data

Hi Friends

So As I see it the copy process to grab all user created files and doc will be to navigate to the USERS director and copy the entire directory. Yet with a customer I did this procedure and I was accused of forgetting to copy the ITunes files another technician said was elsewhere.

I believe the tech but how can a ITunes file be copied and not recorded as a USER created file.
Do I literally have to look into all folders on the drive for every possible type of file?

Typically, unless otherwise changed by a user, iTunes media is in the Music folder of a Windows User.

IF the user located it in another place, you'd need to be told this or at least know there is an iTunes data set somewhere and look for it.

I would also check / copy Public folder as well.
