How to create Intro Music?

Hello, I have been looking for a program where I can make a intro song/beat for my podcast. I have been searching online, have only found jam studio and wasn't sufficient enough because I couldn't change beat intervals. Thanks for your help!

Acid is good. You could probably download a trial. I did that with vegas.
