As long as you are the original owner, just send it back to Dell and prove you are the original owner and they will charge you a nominal fee.

If you stole the laptop, then maybe this will stop you from stealing another laptop. Just so that you know, there are 3 different passwords that can be set up for laptops:

1. BIOS - Well, you just figured that out, huh?
2. Login - Yeah, everyone knows about this one.
3. Hard Drive - If you don't know this one, then you cannot access the hard drive at all even if you install the HDD in another PC.
