PC Specs:
Windows 10 Pro
ASUS MB P8Z68-V-LE
i7 2600k
GTX 560Ti
I have a PS3 Wireless Headset that connects to PC via USB dongle. The headset connects fine and I have it set up through the stereo mix device options so that I can use both my speakers and/or headset without having to go into settings. If I want to use speakers, I simply don't turn on my headset, when I want my headset, I turn them on, and leave speakers off.
The only issue is that I can't seem to turn off the built in mic on the headset. I go into the sound settings of the headset, go to the levels tab and mute the microphone, yet I still get feedback through the mic.
There is no physical mic button on the headset and I am not sure where else to look in the pc settings.
Thanks!
