How to disable right Logitech speaker?

When I plug my headphones into the speakers, the right speaker stays on so I have sound from speakers and headphones.

What is the model number of the speaker set? If it has a volume control, just turn it down to zero.

Problem might be in the headphone jack itself. You could try spraying some contact cleaner into it.
