How to disable the HP CLICKPAD DEVICE ON MY COMPUTER.

Where is Device Settings tab of the Mouse Properties panel? I need to be able to find the Device settings tab because finding it and using it is said to be the solution to disabling the HP CLICKPAD DEVICE ON MY COMPUTER.

In the Device manager, look for HID entry.
