After my Toshiba laptop automatically updated to Windows 10 the webcam suddenly started delivering very poor quality video.
I tried to update the drivers but the drivers are already updated.
I figured I'd uninstall and reinstall the drivers to see if that helped but I get an error message that I have to turn the camera off first. There's no setting that I can find that turns off the camera. You just close it out.
There's no way to uninstall and reinstall the camera.
I plugged in my desktop's Logitech C920 camera but now can't figure out how to choose between the cameras. It defaults to the built-in.
I've searched for answers and can't find them. I even posted to a Toshiba support forum and have gotten no response. Please help!
