How to display xbox one on laptop without Xbox app or capture card?

Does anyone know how I can get my xbox one to display on my laptop without xbox app or capture card?

The simple answer is you can't. Laptops only have video output ports like VGA, HDMI or DisplayPort.

The only exception that I know of are Alienware laptops which have HDMI input and output.
