Hi there, I used my Logitech G930 for a long time with no problem at all. I sold it a couple of days ago and the buyer said that he is having connection problems (disconnecting every 2 minutes). We solved that problem by deleting the software (logitech gaming software) completely but now he can't use "7.1". I really would like to help him so I need your help! Thanks in advance.
