Windows 10 Update 3/16/2017 caused FN problem which installed Synaptics pointing Device driver version 19.0.9.5 (for Lenovo) conflicts with my Toshiba Satellite [L775-S7248].
I kept trying to uninstall, Windows kept reinstalling 19.0.9.5, even after deselect "Automatically get the device app and info provided by your device manufacturer." That stuck; Keys 1, 2, 3, and Space Bar are working. Device Manager no longer says Lenovo, but Synaptics PS/2 Port TouchPad.
Good Luck

Took me 3 hrs of research and trial & error, but this worked for me on a Satellite C670 (I think - It's not my laptop):

Uninstall the "Synaptics / Lenovo" mouse from the Programs section in Win10 (the equivalent of Add/Remove Programs).
No need to mess about in device manager.
Do a full power off (Disconnect charger & remove battery). This is because once the hardware is inverted, it stays inverted (I booted into Linux from DVD to check). If you fully power off, it reverts to normal.

Reconnect & power on. System will replace Synaptics driver with PS/2 mouse driver, which works fine. It does mean "gestures" (like pinch to zoom) aren't recognised on the track pad, but who cares...

Win10 still thinks the "update" was applied, so it hasn't tried to reinstall it (yet)...
