how can i enable virtualization? my BIOS setting doesnt show that i could disable or enable it? I have a acer 4736ZG-422G32Mn. Can somebody help me?

That is because the Pentium T4200 does not support Intel Virtualization Technology. Intel Pentium Processor T4200 specs
What Virtualization software are you using?

Windows XP Virtualization on Windows 7 Pro no longer needs VT support in the CPU.

im using vmware. is there anyway to solve it?

Does VMware support Pentium T4200? Probably a question best asked in the VMware support forums. I believe VMware Player 3 runs on CPUs without VT but I'm not sure what the other VMware software packages require.
