Hi
what operating system came as standard ?
& how much RAM do you have?
A factory reset puts you back to original factory installed operating system
reviews show some came with XP or Vista and 1GB Ram?
so would need 32 bit verion of Windows unless 4GB or more of RAM installed

What is the reason for wanting to do a Factory reset ?
(which is not the same as aclean install of Windows)
are you suffering from hardware problems or sofware corruption ?
Booting from a Windows CD or DVD would probably be the best way to do a clean install of Windows on this system.
You would also need a collection of Toshiba specific drivers
