Why Apple doesn’t supply the Lightning to USB-C cable and USB-C power adapter you need is a question for another day (but really, why?!).

Why? Dunno, but I can give you good guess.

Fast charging might be good for your sanity, but I'll be it heats up the battery more and decreases its service life.

That might not be a big deal if you've got a replaceable battery, but for a phone with a sealed in battery that can be bad news.

Is this uber fast charging only good on the iPhone 8 and X? Can it be done on a 7?
