How to find a person if it a unknown Person

My friend need a help as she is in trouble. she wants to know from where is that person callin

If you can see the Caller ID, then you can usually get the general area they're in.

If it's abusive, bullying, or just generally annoying, contact the police or your phone company. They can block the person from calling you/her in future.
