I would like to access a connection security key for ALCATEL 0700

Assuming the Alcatel is a phone, it doesn't have a wi-fi security key but the network you're trying to conenct to does have one. You have to ask the owner for that one.

If you have mobile data and set up a Hotspot to let someone else cnnect to your network, the security key will be one you set up yourself. Unless, that is, assuming your bought it new.
