Auto -correct AND predictive text are both OFF on my phone (iPhone 13), as well as my previous phone (iPhone 6s Plus). And yet the phone changes the dictated words, making my verbiage wrong or worse... You can watch it change from a word I dictated to one or more terms that definitely were not dicatated, and, often, the phone selects one of the wrong words.

Only the following are on in the keyboard setting: Auto-Cap, check spelling, Enable Caps Lock, and Smart Puntucation. Yet it changes the words.

Also, Is there a better way of adding to the dictionary? If so, which dictionary can I add to? I use the Text Replacement Option, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
