Question how to fix hp pavilion dv 6700?!?!?

my hp pavilion dv6700 geforce 8400m gs stops responding when i play gmod

Need a bit more info here. It only does it in that one game? Did you check temps to make sure it's not overheating? Ran a stress test and video card benchmark to see if there are any issues then. Those DV models have a known issue with video cards going bad, you are actually doing pretty good with it lasting this long.
