How to fix internal damage in my phone..the on off is not working...

My oppo has internal damage according to the repair man..is it totally damage and will not recover?

We couldn't answer that question without knowing exactly what it is that is damaged. You would need to as the person you had look at it to find out what they are saying is actually damaged.
