How to fix my computer? Dude

Hello all, I am Pawan. I want your help to fix my computer, dude. I have a laptop in which there is no facilities of webcam and bluetooth. Is there any method to add these facilities in my laptop? If it is possible, please tell me because it is necessary for me to fix this problem.

About the only way to add those to a laptop is to buy externals aka a USB webcam and bluetooth adapter.
