how to fix my laptop no sound

hi man my audio is not working i have tried any possibele way but its still not working i totally reinstalled my windows and all and my headphones are also not working plzz help

Sounds like the sound card on it is in need of replacing.

Have you tried testing the playback devices? Right clicking on the different devices lets you test them to see if they are working. I use USB headphones at home and can only have them enabled to get sound. Even after re-installing the drivers for the on-board sound devices I got no sound until I disabled everything except the headphones.
