how to fix the cutoff of my hdmi screen

I have my Xbox one connected my my 46" TV and the top part of the TV is cutoff like is wont show the full screen, i tried changing the pic size but that doesn't work.
PLEASE HELP

Make sure the resolution xbox is set to is the same as the resolution for TV. If that does not help check for an overscan option on the TV and turn that one or off from what it's set to and see if that fixes it.
