after changing my samsung Galaxy A5 2016 bettery sd card not working with a msg unsupported SD card when i try to format sd card it stopped at 20%

Have you tried removing and reinserting the card? If that doesn't work, then I would try testing it in another device to see if it works there or not.

If it works in another device, then there is a problem with the card slot on the phone. If it doesn't work on the other device, then you may need a new card.
