Yes, you can Hotspot ur phone's data to ur HP mini. What Phone are u using?

If your phone and service contract allow you to tether/hotspot then you sure can.
Does your service provider and your specific contract allow hotspot/tethering?
If so, what phone do you have? Most higher end phones have the ability.
