How to get a samsung ce0168 tablet screen unfrozen it says nook...then nothing else

When I start my samsung ce0168 tablet it starts but then it freezes and does nothing else and it says nook on the frozen screen plz help ?......................................................................................................................... ........ . . . .............. ..................,!!.............................................................. ive already tried holding down the volume home and power to restart or reboot it still does the same thing.
 
Solution
Let it run out of power and then charge it only a short while. Small charge. Then try starting it up in "Safe Mode" and see if it will load (instructions below). If it does, then the problem is most likely a bad app, virus, malware, etc., that you will have to remove to get the table to work normally.

To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.

1. First turn off the tablet.

2. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button.

3. "Quickly" press "Volume Down" and hold it for few seconds until you see the message "Safe mode: ON" or something similar.

4. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.
