Looking to download Amazon prime but app doesn't seem to be available in store

For a TV? May not be available for your model. Firestick is pretty cheap though, that would work, or a Roku, or a generic Android HDMI media player.

What store is this exactly? What TV/streaming device? Amazon has a master list of devices.

In the event that you are trying to do this with an off-brand, not supported streamer, your next option maybe to get a Firestick or similar.

Yes it's a Panasonic veira TV. My apps are powered by Roku but can't find this app
