how to get past startup repair with netbook

I have an Acer 255 netbook. I am getting startup repair over and over. I have tried the f8 and put it in safe mode nothing...I tried to disable startup repair, nothing....I am not tech savy, so any help would be appreciated..I bought it with windows 7 starter...there are no cd/dvd drives...please help.. thanks

Doesn't it ask you whether you want to startup windows normally or boot into startup repair?

Startup repair is near useless. It almost invariably will run only to turn back a message stating it was unable to resolve the problem.

Do you have a recovery partition on your hard drive? There should be a fail safe factory reset you can resort to. Bear in mind that performing a reset will delete your personal data.
