Solved! How to get pictures off an LG slider phone

I have a LG slider cell phone that is no longer active on a plan. I want to get the pictures off it. How do I do this? Can I transfer those pictures to a SD card and then to a PC?

Yes SD card should work, so would connecting the phone to a computer if it works that way. Some older phones may need a specific driver installed to do that with.
