hi, i have a Gigabyte p2542g-cf2 laptop with a 1080p native resolution. I purchased Red Faction Guerrilla and i want to run it at 1600x900 resolution, when i change the resolution in-game to 1600x900 i get black bars on the top and bottom.
i have researched this problem extensively and people say to go into nvidia control panel under the display tab, but this being a laptop i dont have that option. What do i do to force RFG to stretch the resolution to fullscreen while being at 1600x900?

also, i dont experience this problem with any other games i have that i play at 1600x900.

specs:
intel i7 3630qm
gtx 660m
8gb ddr3
1080p lcd
windows 8

i have the nvidia control panel but i dont have the "display" drop down menu because this is a laptop. I just need a way to stretch the resolution of 1600x900 in RFG.
The display option in the control panel would solve this problem but mobile graphics cards dont have that option
