How to install BIOS in Acer 5740G laptop

Hi,

I want to update my Acer 5740G laptop BIOS 1.10 to 1.28. Can anybody will tell me the procedure to install the new BIOS. I don't know anything about BIOS. I tried to install it but it has not install. I have tried to double clik on setup but nothing happen.

From the Acer support website:
update the BIOS on my notebook with a BIOS that uses WinPhlash
