How to make bluetooth work in dell vostro 1015 notebook

Hello, i am vishu i am a user of dell vostro 1015 i am using win 7 os in it .it is not installins its bluetooth an wifi drivers its just nstalling it bt software pls somebody help me

What do you mean by "not installing" the drivers? Do you have the drivers?
What exactly happens when you try to install them?
