Hi,

First make sure that the other screen is connected properly to the laptop via HDMI cable. Press the Windows key + P at the same time and select Duplicate then press Enter.

Unless laptop B has an HDMI input (extremely rare if it exists at all), this is not possible. Your best option would be some sort of remote viewing over a network.
