Photo transfer from Download folder to a different folder, on Huawei Tablet M3 "10", Androdi 7

You can either go into the "File Manager" app (if your tablet doesn't have one you can download and install one) and move the files in there. Or you can connect the tablet to a computer, via USB cord, and move the files through the connection in Windows.
