How to move pictures out of gallery to google photo

There is a gallary and photo site on my phone. I am trying to move photo out of gallary to google photos. My photo site is thru google photos

well the "Google Photos" app on your phone should already have access to the photos that are on the phone. So you would have to open up that app and then move them using it (or copy/back them up) to your online account.
