how to play high end games on low end pc

Solution
1. Get a gaming desktop PC.

2. Set up Steam In-Home Streaming.

3. Use it to project your desktop PC's game display onto your laptop. Your laptop just sees a h.264 video stream, so it's only as CPU intensive as streaming a movie.

4. Play games on your crappy laptop at the framerate and image quality of your gaming desktop.

Yes, easy way is to buy a good gaming PC or a good gaming laptop. There's only some level of graphical adjustment you can do to make a game playable, and you can find ways of lowering the settings further than the game officially allows, by searching on YouTube. But again, the best solution is buy a good PC/laptop which can play games. No replacement for that.
