Question How to put a quick note in the right corner like on ipad?

Hello,

I have question regarding quick notes on mac os. I want my quick notes to appear for example when in safari to press fn(globe) and Q in the right corner without going on my main screen. Pretty much the same like on Ipad OS when I do this same shortcut it appears within Safari so I guess the same is possible for MacOS, but I don`t know how to set it up.
