How to recover Lenovo T430 in HDD failure?

I have a Lenovo T430 with a failing HDD. I'll install a new HDD, but I'm not sure how to recover the extra partition so I don't lose the Windows 7 Pro installation. Any guidance would be appreciated.

This is when you invent a time machine, go back two months and create whatever recovery DVDs it makes.

Failing that, either contact Lenovo for a set of Recovery DVDs, or buy a new Windows install.

The drive is failing. Unlikely you can recover any useful recovery partition from it.
