How to recover photos

I installed an app and since I've downloaded it they stole all my photos and music and on !y music app it always says my storage is busy

Start at the beginning. Who is "they" that stole your photos? No way to sort out what is happening from what you wrote. What happened exactly? Did you try simply rebooting your phone to see if the photos show up? If you installed a virus that wiped your device storage or deleted files, you need to restore them from a backup. No backup, no files.
