How to recover Samsung messages?

I just look for an easy method to recover deleted messages from Samsung. My friend uses Samsung Galaxy, he deleted some important messages by accident. We don't know howto get them back. Any suggestions?

Messages like SMS/MMS (Text Messages)? If he setup and is signed into his Samsung account, it does a backup of your SMS messages for restoration. I don't know the exact details of how or when as I never restore them myself.
