how to repair thermal shutdown

Brand New Nextboot Ares 11A not a week old and already getting garbage thaat walmart sells. Thermal Shutdown and some apps not responding

First I would check for viruses, malware and bad apps. Those are common culprits. Should that not be the problem then I would contact the seller, or if necessary, the manufacturer and have them replace the device.
