See I charge my laptop for 12 to 20 hours. now it is showing a black screen and not booting.

Not sure what chip you are asking to replace, if the system is not booting, exactly what happens when you turn it on? Model and brand of laptop? It was working fine till you tried to turn on it after you charged it?
