Memory module socket 144-pin industrial standard SODIMM socket
Memory module capacities and type 64, 128, or 256 MB 3.3-V SDRAM1 module
Standard RAM 64-MB memory module
Maximum RAM 256 MB
Memory clock speed 100 MHz
