depends on whether the tweeter has a sealed back or not.

trying to re-solder the leads to the terminals might be really hard.
thats why it might be best to NOT pull the cone off.

sometimes things are built without any possibility to take it apart.
other times things are built without any possibility to put them back together.. lol
