how to reset my password because i forgot the password and its locked

You can't reset the password without knowing it - it's there to protect your data from the thief who steals the device or the finder if you lose it. We can't help with password issues other than to to suggest you hold down the VolumeUp while you press the Power button to start the device.

A menu will appear and you need to select "Factory Reset" or similar. You move the cursor using the volume keys and select with the power button. You'll lose all your personal files and data but the phone will work again.
