I have OUKITEL U17 Pro.
How to root it?

Just download Kingroot from the internet and install it. Start the app and there will be a option to root the device. Select the option and after a few minutes your device will be rooted.

I downloaded it from here. If it doesn't work, please let me know. And be careful because rooting a device has some risks. And your your android version should be 5.1 at most.
