Rooting with a Third Party Application:
1. Download a third party rooting app. These include Framaroot, One Click Root, SRSRoot, and SuperOneClick.
2. Install the downloaded app on your phone
3. Open the app on your phone.
4. Follow the instructions provided by the app to root your Android device.
Root Manually:
1. Download the exact root package file for your phone by searching the web. it will often be a ZIP file named "Update.ZIP"
2. Copy and paste the ZIP file into your internal SD card directory/root folder (not in the external SD card/memory card)
3. Switch off your phone.
4. Reboot into Recovery. To reboot into recovery you have to press & hold a key combination, it varies depending on your device. Usually to do that you have to press & hold ‘(Volume+) key + Home key+Power button’ together or only the ‘volume+ key & power button’ together. It depends on your device, so search the web to find out how to reboot your phone into recovery mode.
5. After rebooting successfully into the recovery mode, you will see a recovery menu. On that screen no touch will work. You have to use “volume +/- key’ to navigate & the home button or power button to select any option.
6. Navigate to the ‘Update from SD card’ option with the help of the volume keys and select the option with ‘power/home button’.
7. Navigate to the file that you downloaded as your device’s root package (the Update.ZIP file) and select it. It will automatically install.
8. After that, reboot your device normally.
