How to run my hp envy 14 after it displays a black screen with a screen cursor

Always when I turn on my hp envy 14 it directly gets me to a black screen with a mouse cursor that I can move around. Nothing else is visible.

Try running windows repair. Press F8 repeatedly as soon as you power up until the advanced boot menu opens and select the repair option.
