How to set Digital Audio output to PCM for Panasonic TV TH-42AS630D ?

Hello,
I have purchased the Panasonic TH-42AD630D Smart TV. But i found that it does not have 3.5mm audio out port to connect my 2.1 Creative speakers. So i searched on internet and i came to know that, i need a converter like "Fiio D03K Coaxial/Optical to R/L Audio Converter" which can solve my problem.

So i purchased Fiio D03K converter and connected to my PC with toslink cable. But on Fiio D03K manual they written that, the TV's Digital Audio Output must be set as "PCM". I can't see this option on my TV. And may be that is why i hear some noise sound in audio. Can you please suggest where/how can i set it ?

If your TV doesn't have a menu that will allow you to set it to PCM you can't change it.
You will need a DAC like this one
