Hello Carolyn,

I will advice you how to keep your phone clear with much free internal memory:
1) Download CleanMaster from appstore and clear your phone. You will save alot of space
2) Transfer every photo/music/app from your phone to your SD card (you can do that from storage setting or app settings)
